Techno Anti-Stripping Agent is a premium, low-dosage liquid additive engineered using advanced nanotechnology silicon compounds to improve the bonding between bitumen and aggregates. Ideal for use in Hot-Mix and Warm-Mix road construction, it ensures long-lasting performance even with highly water-sensitive or stripping-prone aggregates. It is compatible with all bitumen types including VG-10, VG-30, VG-40, CRMB, and PMB.
This brownish clear liquid, with a distinct citrus odor, is non-miscible with water and highly miscible with both polar and hydrocarbon solvents. Its proprietary Fattypolyaminosilane structure modifies the bitumen’s surface chemistry, making it highly receptive to aggregates without altering key physical properties such as penetration, softening point, and ductility.
